Can I change a product?
Does PopKids offer international shipping?
Currently Popkids.com.co only delivers in the Colombian territory, however if you are abroad you can buy with your international credit card and send your order to an address in Colombia.
What is the time and cost of shipping?
The delivery time ranges between 5, 8 and 15 business days depending on the city where you want to receive your order.
When you fill out your shipping details, select the delivery city and the time and cost of delivery of the product will appear there.
What are the means of payment that you can use in the online store?
At Popkids.com.co you can pay by credit card, PSE (savings account or checking account), credit addi, efecty, payment referenced in banks, payment in physical stores. You only have to choose the payment method at checkout.
